A farm compound that just looked like an old rundown farm from yesteryear until I started doing a little research. Turns out this place had a little history behind it.

Of course after it changed hands it was apparently used as a petting zoo of some sort. I kind of viewed it as a potential place for a sequel to The Island of Dr Moreau.
